Iris customisation and design services

Customisation and design is at the heart of our business. Our entirely in-house production facilities are designed to accommodate specific customer requirements for one-off or quantity items with fast turnarounds.

Our technical design service has direct control over the high tech CNC and wire erosion equipment in our production areas. This enables us to produce modifications to existing products or design a new iris from scratch, as part of our production workflow. Modifications to mounting holes, handles, housing design, even custom gearing can be achieved efficiently and cost effectively.

It doesn't stop there - over the years we have combined our irises with control electronics and custom enclosures to provide one stop solutions for many applications. We've also responded to some quite unusual requests - have a look at our 'applications' page to see some examples.

With a history that goes back over 100 years, we can draw on a wealth of experience, both in what we make and in relating to customers needs. We are constantly developing new iris technology and hold cutting-edge patents within our industry.
